Map in digital support of the dump of the layers of the Territorial Insular Plan of Ibiza (PTI) 2005 on the Topographical Map of the Balearic Islands (MTIB) at scale 1: 5,000 of the year 2008. The information on the Ibiza Insular Territorial Plan published in the IDEIB is informative and does not replace the need to consult the approved documentation published in the BOIB. You can consult it on the website: www.conselldeivissa.es It is basically the overlay of the layers of the original PTI (at 1: 25,000 scale) on the scale 1: 5000 cartography and the adjustment of the matching lines within a margin of tolerance determined by the change of scale. The PTI indicates the classification of land throughout the territory of Ibiza, and reflects all categories of rustic land provided in the current legislature and urban land and those in which growth may occur. It is structured in different layers: - Rustic Land Categories (PTI) - Territorial Protection Area of Roads (APT Roads) - Territorial Protection Area of Costa (APT Costa) - Area of Risk Prevention Slab (Area), Area of Erosion Hazards Prevention (APR Erosión), Area of Prevention of Flood Hazards (APR Floods), Area of Prevention of Risks of Fire (APR Incendis) - Ordering is Amunts - Areas of rustic ground 1 and 2 - Flood Risk Zones - Plan of Ordering of the Tourist Offer (POOT) - Aquifer Vulnerability - Ses Salines Protection Area - Limit of Servitude and Removal of Terrestrial Marine Public Domain - Infrastructures (linear, punctual, superficial elements and Lighthouses) - Equipment - Cultural Interest (BIC) - Sites of Community Importance (SCI) and Special Protection Areas for Birds (ZEPA) - Common Rustic Soil / Protected Rustic Soil (This is a layer created by Servei d'Informació Territorial de les Illes Balears (SITIBSA) from the Categorical layer It is of Rustic Land, to which APT Carreteres and APT Costa have been superimposed. In addition, a DOT field has been added specifying the applicable Territorial Planning Guidelines. The objective is to be able to see in a single layer the protection of each area. )
