Preservation of left ventricle peak and mean pulse flow blood velocity despite progressive deterioration of cardiac function in a chronic heart failure murine model - research data

The dataset included in the related publication contains:
- Doppler blood flow velocities in the aortic valve in FVB and Tgaq*44 mice at 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 months of age
- Doppler blood flow velocities in the mitral valve in FVB and Tgaq*44 mice aged 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 months
- MRI imaging results of heart function in FVB and Tgaq*44 mice aged 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 months, including systolic and diastolic function, left ventricular capacity in systole and diastole, and their derivative parameters (ejection fraction, minute volume, cardiac output)
- statistical analysis of all the above parameters
