This dataset contains the numerical simulation data and analysis results supporting the article, "Revealing the mechanism of solute anomalous transport within discrete fracture networks: Insight from differences in flow pathways". The data was generated using a three-dimensional discrete fracture network (DFN) model, which was constructed based on measured field fracture statistics. This DFN model was transformed into an equivalent pipe network (EPN) to efficiently simulate the steady-state flow field. Subsequently, a Lagrangian particle-tracking (LPT) method was employed to simulate solute transport and generate the corresponding breakthrough curves (BTCs). This dataset allows for the verification and replication of the study's key findings, which quantitatively link microscopic pathway differences to macroscopic anomalous transport phenomena, including early breakthrough, heavy tailing, and multimodal behavior.
