These are the data belonging to the publication "Organocatalytic Control over a Fuel-Driven Transient-Esterification Network" (10.1002/anie.202008921). <br>Each dataset has been put in a zip folder (UV-VIS, viscosity, FTIR, cryoEM, DLS). Each datafile has a separate metadata file with a description of what the data represent. The data of this publication also correspond to Chapter 4 of the PhD thesis of Michelle van der Helm.<br>
