资源简介:
Aspartate beta-hydroxylase (ASPH) is an enzyme that contributes to the malignant transformation of cells. It enhances cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, and it can also promote tumor growth by stimulating angiogenesis and immunosuppression. The Notch and SRC signaling pathways mainly mediate these effects. To identify additional signaling pathways influenced by ASPH, its enzymatic activity was inhibited using the MO-I-1151 compound in four human tumor cell lines (SCC152, FaDu, HeLa, and MCF-7), and RNA was isolated after treatment under both normoxic and hypoxic conditions.
