Data for : "Low-cost 3D printed lenses for brightfield and fluorescence microscopy"

The dataset contains raw data for the demonstration of 3D printed lens imaging applied to chrome lithographic targets and biological samples. Raw files are in .txt format for: stylus results showing x displacement & y height for lens curvature data; and x displacement and y greyscale values from Image J USAF target line plots; Raw files are in .bmp format for USAF target images or biological sample images for lossless imaging data.
