Label-Free Proteomics Dataset of Zebrafish Larvae Exposed to MPP+ and Treated with BjPro-7a

This dataset contains the raw and processed label-free proteomics data obtained from zebrafish larvae exposed to MPP+ and treated or not treated with the venom-derived peptide BjPro-7a. The study was designed to investigate proteomic alterations associated with MPP+-induced neurotoxicity and the potential neuroprotective effects of BjPro-7a. Protein identification and relative quantification were performed by mass spectrometry-based proteomic analysis. The deposited files include datasets used for comparative analyses among experimental groups, supporting the findings related to mitochondrial function, proteostasis, synaptic regulation, redox homeostasis, and other biological processes associated with Parkinsonian-like neurotoxicity and peptide-mediated protection.
