Raw shotgun metagenomic sequence data of rhizosphere microbiome of soybean treated with JA-Ile under alkaline stress

The metagenomic sequencing of rhizosphere microbiome of soybeans under different treatments was conducted. The treatments include CK, control; AS, alkaline stress; JAS, alkaline stress + JA-Ile treatment. Set up 3 biological replicates. The samples of the CK treatment group include MG_CK1, MG_CK2, and MG_CK3; the samples of the AS treatment group include MG_AS1, MG_AS2, and MG_AS3; the samples of the JAS treatment group include MG_JAS1, MG_JAS2, and MG_JAS3.
