A dataset of cardio-mechanical signals from patients with coronary artery disease undergoing bypass surgery
收藏资源简介:
This dataset is associated with the manuscript entitled "A dataset of cardio-mechanical signals from patients with coronary artery disease undergoing bypass surgery", which is currently under review at Scientific Data. CM-CAD (Cardio-mechanical Dataset in Coronary Artery Disease) is a phase-structured perioperative cardio-mechanical dataset from patients with coronary artery disease undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). The public release includes synchronised electrocardiography (ECG), seismocardiography (SCG), and phonocardiography (PCG) recordings collected across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care, together with linked session-level invasive haemodynamic measurements where available. The dataset is organised as a reusable relational resource spanning patient-level, session-level, waveform-level, and reference-linked components, with machine-readable manifests supporting explicit subset construction and reproducible reuse. The curated public release comprises 82 participants, 246 nominal perioperative session slots, and 138 released waveform records, each provided with a paired original source file, a manually clipped waveform file, and corresponding ECG annotations. A sparse participant-linked follow-up extension contributes 75 follow-up visits from 50 participants and includes echocardiographic and clinical variables, but no follow-up ECG, SCG, or PCG recordings. CM-CAD is intended to support subset-aware perioperative waveform analysis, waveform–reference linkage, and participant-level linkage to follow-up records within a clinically structured CABG setting. Version 1.1 change log: Updated release tables, manifests, README, release notes, and code archive to clarify file linkage, subset-defining availability, clipped/original waveform pairing, and segment-aware ECG-referenced technical validation. Added/updated data_dictionary.csv and clip_segment_manifest.csv, including variable definitions, coding conventions, retained valid intervals, segment order, and segment-level audit status. Updated followup.csv with additional curated participant-linked follow-up records. The follow-up component remains sparse and unbalanced. Updated CM-CAD-code-v1.1.zip with publication-facing code for selected reproducible outputs and normalised internal paths to cross-platform code/ paths. The public waveform release scope remains unchanged at 138 released clipped waveform records.
