Raw Mass Spectrometry Data

This dataset contains raw mass spectrometry data acquired from glioma tissue samples, collected as part of a study on tumor classification and metabolomic profiling. The samples were obtained intraoperatively from glioma patients and include a range of glioma subtypes, such as astrocytoma, oligodendroglioma, glioblastoma (GBM), and peritumoral tissues. The data were generated using a miniature mass spectrometer with nano electrospray ionization (nanoESI) and segmented scan analysis.
