Follicular lymphoma (FL) transformed double hit lymphoma (DHL) is a very aggressive class of non-Hodgkin B cell lymphoma (B-NHL). However, whole genome level genetic alteration during the transformation is still not clear.To study the driver of aggressive transformation from low grade FL to high grade diffused large B cell lymphoma, we performed WGS on FL tissues and paired DHL tissues from 8 patients who suffered from FL to DHL aggressive transformation.
