资源简介:
We integrated data from the Standardized Plant Community with Introduced Status database (SPCIS) database with functional trait data from TRY, the Global Root Trait Database, the Root Systems of Individual Plants Database, and peer reviewed literature to assess how introduced plant species change the functional composition of plant communities. Included in the zipfile are the following datasets and scripts: <br>Datasets: SPCIS_CWM_80.csv : Community weighted means of traits for plots used in abundance gradient analysesSPCIS_cooccurring_weighted_means: Weighted means of native and naturalized species in plots where they cooccur. These data were used in concurrence analyses Woodiness_by_plot: Proportion of woody cover in SPCIS plotsWoodiness_CWM: Weighted means of woody and herbaceous species in plots where they cooccur TraitShifts_TraitTable: Mean trait values for species in SPCIS. These data were used to calculate community means and weighted means of specific groups (e.g., native vs nonnative species). Scripts: TraitShifts_Analyses_Figures.R : Code for abundance gradient and concurrence analyses TraitShifts_Analyses_Figures_Woodiness.R: Code for woody vs herbaceous species analyses TraitShifts_Analyses_Figures_NvsI_SI.R: Code for native vs. naturalized species analyses
