轴承外径垂直差是指轴承外圆环的上下表面之间的垂直距离差,关系到轴承所在机器的旋转平衡性、稳定性、精度和使用寿命,对各类轴承的外径垂直差进行检测,帮助企业判断轴承质量是否达标,为提高轴承产品性能、改进生产工艺、维修生产设备提供重要参考。1、数据收集:对每批次轴承产品进行随机抽样检测,每次检测取外径上内五个检测点,测量并记录其垂直差,2、数据处理:将五个检测点垂直差数据与标准值进行对比,判断每次检测值是否合格;计算五个检测点垂直差的平均值以减小检测误差,平均垂直差=(实测①+实测②+实测③+实测④+实测⑤)/5,将平均垂直差与标准值进行对比,判断平均值是否合格,若平均值合格,则轴承外径垂直差检测合格,记录检测合格样本数;计算合格率,合格率=合格数量/检验数量*100%,若合格率为100%,则判定本批次轴承的外径垂直差合格,否则,该批次不合格,需要对该批次产品进行逐个检测,将不合格产品返工处理。3、通过对轴承外径垂直差的检测,可以更好的把握轴承的寿命,并提前减小安全隐患。
The vertical difference of the bearing outer diameter refers to the vertical distance difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the bearing outer ring. This parameter is closely related to the rotational balance, stability, operational accuracy and service life of the machinery equipped with the bearing. Detecting the vertical difference of the outer diameter for various bearings helps enterprises determine whether the bearing quality meets the relevant standards, and provides an important reference for improving the performance of bearing products, optimizing production processes and maintaining production equipment. 1. Data Collection: Random sampling inspection is carried out for each batch of bearing products. For each inspection, five detection points on the outer diameter are selected, and their vertical differences are measured and recorded. 2. Data Processing: Compare the vertical difference data of the five detection points with the standard reference value to determine whether each individual measured value is qualified. Calculate the average value of the vertical differences of the five detection points to mitigate detection errors, with the formula for average vertical difference: Average Vertical Difference = (Measured Value ① + Measured Value ② + Measured Value ③ + Measured Value ④ + Measured Value ⑤) / 5. Compare the calculated average vertical difference with the standard reference value to judge whether the average value is qualified. If the average value meets the qualification criteria, the vertical difference detection of the bearing outer diameter is deemed qualified, and the number of qualified detection samples is recorded. Calculate the pass rate using the formula: Pass Rate = (Qualified Quantity / Inspected Quantity) * 100%. If the pass rate reaches 100%, the outer diameter vertical difference of this batch of bearings is determined to be qualified; otherwise, the batch is considered unqualified, and each individual product in this batch requires full inspection, with unqualified products undergoing rework processing. 3. Detecting the vertical difference of the bearing outer diameter allows for better monitoring of the bearing's service life and the proactive reduction of potential safety hazards.
