资源简介:
Understanding the drivers of species temporal assembly is increasingly important, as climate change shifts the timing of species phenologies (life cycle events) globally. We performed a controlled environment study on the temperature and daylength cues driving woody plant budburst across North America. This dataset includes 47 species from four populations, two in eastern North America and two in western North America. Applying a phylogenetic Bayesian model we tested for species-level and community-level differences in cues responses and the effects of evolutionary history.
