Spike-time and behavioral data supporting "Grid cells encode distance along goal-directed trajectories during path integration in cue-rich environments"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains spike-time, neuronal cluster, and behavioral data supporting the study “Grid cells encode distance along goal-directed trajectories during path integration in cue-rich environments.” The data were collected from mice performing open-field exploration and two treadmill tasks: a path integration (PI) task, in which reward delivery was determined by the distance traveled, and a Cue task, in which rewards were delivered at fixed belt positions. Neuronal activity was recorded from the medial entorhinal cortex using chronically implanted silicon probes. The dataset is provided as a compressed archive containing spike-time, cluster, and behavioral files for the recorded sessions. It supports analyses of grid-cell spatial representations, reward-distance encoding, and neuronal population dynamics.
