On the 21 November 2024 flood is reported to have also affected Departments of Logone et Chari and Mayo Danay, Cameroon. The flood delineation product will help to assess the urgency of response operations in these areas, especially the ones with difficult access. Copernicus EMS Rapid Mapping is requested to provide flood extent emergency mapping.
