In order to further explore the function of ador-1 gene, ador-1 knockout strains(EG6890) and wild type strains (N2) were selected for transcriptome analysis under adenosine-protected oxidative stress conditions.The L4 stage C. elegans were treated with the following four treatments: CK (M9 treatment), PQ (paraquat treatment), AD (adenosine treatment) and PQ_AD (adenosine paraquat co-treatment).
