Fecal microbiota from Tibetan piglets and DLY piglets regulated the defense capacity

After the transplantation of fecal microbiota, we infected them with Citrobacter rodentium. After completion of the experiment, the microbiota composition of the colon of the mice was checked. After the use of second-generation sequencing, in order to identify species composition in feces at the species level in more detail, we used third-generation sequencing technology for detection to supplement the deficiency of second-generation sequencing technology.
