Arabidopsis thaliana strain:Col-0 Raw sequence reads

This study investigates the transcriptional dynamics of the circadian clock in Arabidopsis thaliana. Seeds of wild-type (Col-0), prr5 prr7 prr9 triple mutant line, and 35S::PRR3 transgenic line were sown on 1/2 Murashige and Skoog (MS) agar medium. For entrainment, plants were grown for 12 days at 22 C in a controlled environment chamber under 12L:12D condition (12h light / 12h dark at approx. 45 umol/m^2/s) . Following this growth period, seedlings were transferred to continuous light (LL) conditions. After 48h in LL, sampling was conducted at 4-hour intervals over a 24-hour period.
