Inventory of non-ferrous metallic fractions samples used to assess their valorization potential

Experimental data Data format: Excel file (.xlsx) Processed images (resized, compressed and/or cropped and/or combined) of samples of non-ferrous (NF) metallic fractions sorted and concentrated, originating from rejects of steel scrap cleaning processes (WP3), aimed at being evaluated for potential valorisation routes by AZTERLAN, at lab scale (WP5). The file contains the tabulated images of 6 samples, two copper rich samples and four aluminium rich samples, with their coded names (short and long), which were supplied by CAESAR partners. Those six NF metallic samples were characterised (chemical composition after melting) and used in valorisation experiments by AZTERLAN (WP5), to evaluate their usability as secondary raw materials in steelmaking and in other metal sector applications.
