Matched Hadamard Multiplexed and Single Pulse Drift Tube Ion Mobility Spectrometry Dataset of Ketones

Hadamard and Conventional Drift Tube Ion Mobility Spectrometry Dataset of Ketones is a collection of drift tube IMS spectra acquired for six ketone compounds (2-butanone, 3-pentanone, 2-hexanone, 3-hexanone, 2-heptanone and 2-octanone) together with baseline measurements recorded without analyte. The dataset provides both conventional (standard) IMS measurements and Hadamard-multiplexed measurements collected using two averaging configurations (Hadamard4 and Hadamard8). For each compound and acquisition mode, five independent repeats were recorded over 90,s, producing time-ordered sequences of individual spectra stored as JSON files. All records share a common acquisition length of 4095 points with drift times reported in milliseconds. Hadamard records include raw multiplexed spectra as well as processed representations, including deconvoluted and normalized classical Hadamard spectra acquired with the standard and inverted modulation sequences (HT and HTi) and reconstructed inverse Hadamard spectra (IHT). Raw data are preserved to support custom reprocessing, and the dataset includes an auxiliary file (HadamardModulationArray.json) containing the modulation sequence and deconvolution arrays used for reconstruction.
