Data supporting 'The viscous Holmboe instability for smooth shear and density profiles'

MATLAB files for the results of linear stability analyses within the paper, which were generated using code from Smyth & Carpenter 2019. Each file contains a variable "sigma", the complex growth rate corresponding to the parameters given by the other variables. The naming convention for the files is R-Re-Pr-L_z. Certain calculations have been repeated at a smaller range and higher resolution of J-k space; the filenames of these have the suffix "-zoom".
