Integrated NMR-derived dataset associated with the manuscript "Integrated NMR phenotyping reveals a residual cardiometabolic risk phenotype in severe obesity"

This repository contains the integrated NMR-derived dataset associated with the manuscript "Integrated NMR phenotyping reveals a residual cardiometabolic risk phenotype in severe obesity". The dataset includes clinical variables, anthropometric measurements, vascular parameters, NMR-derived lipoprotein descriptors, supramolecular inflammatory markers (GlycA, GlycB, SPC), and metabolomic variables obtained from serum samples of patients with class III obesity. The data were used for unsupervised phenotyping and cardiometabolic risk stratification analyses described in the accompanying manuscript.
