Intraespecific functional trait data of savanna grasses

This repository contains the dataset and the analytical R code associated with the manuscript: "Intraspecific Trait Variability under Fire and Grazing in Tropical Flooded Savannas". The study evaluates above- and belowground plant functional traits and phenotypic plasticity of dominant grass species (Anatherum bicorne, Acroceras zizanioides, and Rugoloa polygonata) subjected to different disturbance regimes (fire, livestock grazing, combined grazing + fire, and undisturbed baselines) in the seasonally flooded savannas of Casanare, Colombia.
