Circular RNAs are a class of non-coding RNA transcripts, which are ubiquitously expressed in eukaryotes. In the current study, we identified a novel circRNA derived from Ã-catenin gene locus, which was named âcircÃ-cateninâ. In order to characterize the function of circÃ-catenin in modulating Wnt pathway, we conducted RNA-seq to evaluate the effect of circÃ-catenin on global RNA expression profiles.
