Doums et al Jeb 2013 dryad data

Microsatellite data of individual ants collected in the field in two populations St Cyprien and Argeles (South of France). For each individual, the population of origin, the colony number, the caste (queen, gyne (for the young queen), worker) as well as the individual identity are given. The individuals surligned in red were removed from the analysis because they were either triploid or foreigner. For the queen and gyne, we also provided values of leg size (length of the tibia in mm) phenoloxidase activity (Vmax of the Po for the active form and PPO for the precursor), the mating status (1 = filled spermatheca, 0 = empty spermatheca) and the wing status (1 = presence of wing, 0 = no wing).
