The Community Planning program simplifies the planning framework. The current process is for the Suburban Plan Study Area, defined as land within the Urban Service Boundary, but outside the RC, designated Urban Settlement and Harbour in the Regional Plan. The proposed data definition and areas are for discussion/engagement purposes only and are subject to change until approved through council.
