Comparative morphometric analysis of the pupal cephalothorax between the wild-type and the yellow genetic sexing strain

<i>Aedes albopictus</i> pupae from the wild-type and yellow-based genetic sexing strain, co-reared as larvae in the same tray, collected upon pupation, transferred on the following day to a Petri dish, and imaged from above for comparative morphometric analysis.The ImageJ macro script, particle analysis dataset output, and the image used for comparative morphometric analysis are provided.
