AF3_fold_nefm_vim_tails12_heads_2024_05_23_13_21.zip contains AlphaFold structural models for tail region of NEFM and VIM showing dimer of dimer interface. NEFM segments 85-176, 181-349, 350-498 and VIM segments 85 - 175, 176 - 338, 363 - 466. NEFM_VIM_higherorder_20240529.cif is the higher order (i.e. dimer of dimers) structural model of NEFM-VIM. NEFL_NEFM_dimer_20240522.zip contains AlphaFold structural models for NEFL-NEFM dimer.
