According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Hong Kong in November 2023, around 46 percent of respondents said that they use Click & Collect services when shopping because of the availability of multiple pick-up locations. Avoiding shipping costs was an equally important reason to use Click & Collect for the respondents in Hong Kong.
