This record contains reproducibility materials for the manuscript “Constructibility and Screening Utility of Empty-Nest Status for Depressive Symptoms in Rural Older Adults in China: A CHARLS Study.” The materials include empty-nest construction syntax, analysis code, variable documentation, derived summary result files, and reproducibility notes. The analysis uses CHARLS 2018 as the primary data source and CHARLS 2020 for supplementary follow-up analyses. The original CHARLS data are not redistributed in this repository.
