Ministry of Economic Development and Technology on the basis of Article 12(3) of the Technical Requirements and Conformity Assessment Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 17/11; ZTZPUS- 1) keeps records of conformity assessment bodies notified to the European Commission and EU Member States.
