Alteration of miRNA profiles between lung tumours from the KRASLSL-G12D/+ mice and the normal lung tissues

Small RNA deep sequencing to determine the alteration of miRNA profiles in the lung tumours from the KRASLSL-G12D/+ mice compared with the normal lung tissues from the mice without Adeno-Cre treatment. We performed miRNA profiling analysis using data obtained from 5 different lung tissues of 2 groups each. Applying a stringent threshold of log2 (fold-change) > 1 and significance criterion of p < 0.05.
