Genome sequencing of 7 species of the genus Andricus. Andricus Sequencing

We sequenced 7 adult wasps of the genus Andricus and performed selection analysis to gain insight on their ability to induce galls with complex structure in oak trees. Each of the species chosen for the study have very distinctive gall morphologies: Andricus grossulariae, A coriarius, A. quercustozae, A kollari, A pictus, A curvator and A. quercusramuli
