Data and analysis code: Network meta-analysis of adjuvant therapy for high-risk endometrial cancer

Extracted trial-level hazard ratio dataset and R/netmeta analysis code reproducing the network meta-analysis of adjuvant radiotherapy, chemotherapy, chemoradiotherapy, and chemotherapy plus PD-1 blockade in high-risk endometrial cancer. Version 2: hazard ratios re-verified against all source publications; confidence-interval levels recorded explicitly (GOG-249 and GOG-258 report 90% intervals); PORTEC-3 and GOG-258 updated to their most mature published reports. Version 3: a formal PubMed search (6 August 2026; 915 records) identified two additional randomised comparisons. Hogberg 2010 (NSGO-EC-9501/EORTC-55991 and MaNGO ILIADE-III), comparing radiotherapy with radiotherapy plus sequential chemotherapy, was added to the primary analysis; GOG-150 (Wolfson 2007, uterine carcinosarcoma) is provided separately and examined in sensitivity analysis 4.
