3D-CARBON: Data related to the 3D printing of MOFs-integrated PEGDA microlattices for their carbonization
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains experimental results on the fabrication of 3D printed PEGDA scaffolds incorporating metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) and their subsequent carbonization. Specifically, the data cover the in situ growth of MOFs ( for example, ZIF-67, Ni-ZIF, ZIF-8, HKUST-1) within PEGDA lattices, followed by pyrolysis to yield highly graphitized carbon architectures. The work particularly focused on ZIF67 and Ni-ZIF, due to the catalytic effect of cobalt and nickel. TGA and TG-FTIR characterization was performed to optimize the carbonization protocol and understand the graphitization process. Characterization results include Raman spectroscopy, XRD, TEM, and SEM, confirming enhanced graphitization compared to pristine PEGDA-derived pyrolytic carbon. Additional findings document the unexpected yet reproducible conformal growth of carbon nanotubes in Ni-ZIF/PEGDA systems, highlighting their potential for electrochemical and bioengineering applications.
