Effect of LSD1 depletion on gene expression in oocytes

The objective of the experiment is to compare the transcriptomes of LSD1 knockout (KO) and control oocytes RNA-seq analysis of GV oocytes, with three biological replicates for each genotype本实验旨在通过对生发泡期（GV oocytes）卵母细胞开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析，对比赖氨酸特异性去甲基化酶1（LSD1）敲除（KO）组与对照组卵母细胞的转录组，每组基因型均设置三次生物学重复。
