Side-channel datasets of WholeRound and 1stRound AES encryption algorithm

1.100,000 traces with 13100 sample points for Device0 and Device1 were captured under identical conditions: the same acquisition device (PicoScope3403D oscilloscope), the same chip (STM32F407), the same platform, the same algorithm and the same implementation (standard AES).2.100,000 traces with 8000 sample points for Device2 were captured under different conditions: a different acquisition device (ChipWhisperer), a different chip (STM32F303), a different platform, the same algorithm, but a different implementation (TinyAES).3.1stRound trace consists of 1000 sample points, which contain information on the first round Sbox output of AES encryption algorithm.
