MORE Moral Residue Interview Transcripts - Extract Interview 1 with 23 participants

This dataset contains transcript extracts of interviews conducted with 23 health care practitioners on the topic of moral residue, based on their experiences with a reading list developed for the purpose of assisting practitioners with moralresidue. Moral residue can arise when medical practitioners are confronted by situations of unavoidable moral failure, where it is impossible to make the right choice. Interviews were audio recorded and transcribed ipsis litteris. This dataset entails only part of interview session 1, where the interviewer´s questions were removed from the files. In this interview session, participants were asked to answer phenomenological questions about the most recent book read. Then, the same questions were asked about a self-selected moral residue book. Therefore, the RB corpus (recently read book) entails 23 files. The MR corpus (moral residue books) amounts to 23 files.
