Processed ToF-SIMS Molecular Imaging Dataset for Histology-Guided Quasi-3D Reconstruction of Rat Brain

The dataset contains processed time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (ToF-SIMS) molecular imaging data, aligned hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) histological images, anatomical region-of-interest (ROI) masks, and associated metadata used for histology-guided quasi-3D reconstruction of rat brain molecular distributions. The included data were processed and organized to support reproducible visualization and analysis of molecular spatial distributions across brain sections. The dataset contains representative ion images, processed image files, anatomical references, and reconstruction-related information used in the manuscript.
