Family physician visits carried out virtually in Canada 2020/21, by province

During the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, the share of family physician visits in Canada carried out virtually increased significantly. Since then, the share of virtual visits has remained well above pre-pandemic levels and in March 2021, 43 percent of family physician visits and consultations were carried out virtually in Saskatchewan.
