This dataset contains numerical values used for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations of flare gas combustion in ethylene cracking furnaces. It includes temperature profiles, emissions data, and validation results for different flare gas mixtures and excess air levels. The dataset supports the assessment of combustion stability, thermal efficiency, and pollutant formation under varying operational conditions.
The dataset is structured across multiple sheets in an Excel file, each corresponding to a specific analysis and figure in the manuscript:
Validation Data (Figure 10) – CFD temperature profiles compared with experimental results.
Flare Gas Mixtures (Figures 13–15) – Temperature distributions for three different flare gas compositions at blend levels of 10%–40%.
Excess Air Impact (Figure 16) – Temperature variations for a 30% flare gas mixture under excess air levels of 10%–50%.
