Spatial epitranscriptomic data of breast cancer to reveal the A-to-I editome

We aimed to reveal the spatial epitranscriptomic characteristics of breast cancer specifically of the cancer stem cell microniches. We obtained the spatial epitranscriptome data by method called Select-seq and focused on the A-to-I editome of breast cancer stem cell.
