资源简介:
The aim of this study was to investigate transcriptomic changes during T-cell activation of a novel T-cell subset (Tpam) in a comparison to conventional CD8+ T cells Cells were isolated from spleens and lymph nodes of C57BL/6J mice. Tpam and conventional CD8+ T cells were sorted (Aria) out of CD8+ T-cell pool, based on CD137(41BB) marker, which defined Tpam cells (41BB+) and conventional CD8+ T cells (41BB-). Sorted cells were either directly submitted for RNA extraction (for samples before activation, time 0h) or were ex vivo activated by Dynabeads Mouse T-Activator CD3/CD28 for two time points: time 24h and time 72h, for TCR post-activation samples, followed by the RNA extraction. Samples are in biological triplicates. In total, 18 samples were sequenced.
