Electromotive potential, soil temperature/moisture, and climate data for Woodburn, Amity, and Willamette soils Jan 2015 through Apr 2016

Electromotive potential data recorded in three upland soils in the Pacific Northwest, Willamette Valley, Corvallis Oregon. Three soils were instrumented with four arrays of Pt-electrodes (5 electrodes per array for a total of 20 Pt-electrodes per soil).

Two of the three soils (Woodburn and Amity) were instrumented with Decagon soil moisture, temperature, and electrical conductivity electrodes along with Decagon matric potential electrodes. These data were recorded at four hour intervals over the duration of the data collection period.

Precipitation, air temperature, and soil temperature were recorded by a NOAA weather station installed at Hyslop Research Farm where one of the study sites was located. This weather station was less than a mile away from the other two sites.
