**Local Equipment Infrastructure Survey (EIEL)****- Year 2014**** Socio-health data** The Survey of Infrastructure and Local Equipment (EIEL) is an instrument of analysis of municipal competition services. It is an inventory at national level that aims to periodically know the situation and the level of provision of local infrastructure and equipment, in order to be able to assess the needs of these sectors, allow a correct distribution of resources, eliminating regional imbalances through better planning of public investments that the Central and Local Administration makes in municipalities. It is regulated by Royal Decree 835/2003 of 27 June 2003 regulating the economic cooperation of the State to investments by local authorities and by Order APU/293/2006 of 31 January 2006 implementing the said Royal Decree. The Cabildo de La Palma is in charge of preparing the EIEL
