The mouse strains CC004/UncJ and CC041/UncJ are behavioraly divergent for cocaine phenotypes of IVSA and cocaine locomotor sensitization. We profiled (16S) the naive microbiome and the microbiome after cocaine exposure in these mice. In addition, we performed antibiotic ablation and collected fecal samples from treated and control mice of both strains.
