Soil bacterial (16S) and fungal (ITS2) community composition in a Kandosol under the influence of various waste water treatment aged and fresh silver applications

The dataset stems from an examination of the influence of waste water treatment processed as well as fresh (nano)silver on soil bacterial and fungal communities. This research considered the consequences of aging of (nano)silver during waste water treatment, as well as post application with sludges. The consequences of increased soil chloride levels on Ag potency are also considered. Soil bacterial as well as fungal community compositon and structure were examined in this research.
