Genomes of three novel Ca. Parilichlamydiaceae species that form an early-diverging family in the phylum Chlamydiae. Ca. Parilichlamydia carangidicola, Ca. Similichlamydia laticola and Ca. Simlichlamydia laticola are associated with the gill disease, epitheliocystis, in Yellowtail kingfish, Barramundi and Striped trumpeter, respectively. The draft genomes were yielded from metagenomes derived from sequencing gill DNA extracts selectively enriched for microbial DNA.
