GreenML: Energy consumption measurements for 8 ML models on CPU-only consumer hardware

Energy consumption measurements from 120 ML training runs across 8 classifiers (Random Forest, XGBoost, SVM, KNN, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, MLP, Naive Bayes) and 5 dataset sizes (500 to 80,000 samples) on an AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS CPU under WSL2.
